Improve the elements of primary health care to the people of Heliwa District through accessibility, availability of the health care services, emergency obstetric care services to vulnerable people in Heliwa District
In the awake of the prolonged insecurity and droughts in Somalia and the increased lack of humanitarian access of humanitarian services to victims in Somalia, intellectuals both women and men agreed to form HIRDO to address and mitigate the effects of biting natural and man-made disasters and the socio-economic problems of people in these regions.
HIRDO was founded February, 2005 as a non-governmental, profit, political developmental organization with intention of facilitating relief and development services from Donor World and like-minded organization Aid agencies to ease whatever burden they might restructure the defunct and collapse means of livelihoods amongst the marginalized people in SC regions as their breadbasket have been affected by the above mentioned problems.
